# Connections, integrations and workspace approval

Use Incele integrations to connect stores, automate workspace management, or add customer messaging. Each connection type has its own authorization and data boundary.

## Choose a connection type

| Connection | Purpose | Credential boundary | Setup |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Shopify app | Store catalogue and storefront AI assistant | Shopify session plus explicit Incele owner approval | [Shopify guide](/shopify/) |
| ikas app | Store catalogue and storefront AI assistant | ikas session plus explicit Incele owner approval | [ikas guide](/ikas/) |
| Trendyol / Hepsiburada | Seller catalogue, questions, read-only orders/returns and approved listing updates | Workspace-owner credentials and granular permissions | [Marketplace guide](/marketplaces/) |
| Account API key | Server-to-server management | Scoped account bearer key; explicit workspace for workspace operations | [API guide](/developers/) |
| OAuth / MCP | Approved agent management | Scoped OAuth grant for the authorized environment | [Agent guide](/agents/) |
| Telegram / WhatsApp | Customer conversations | Workspace-owned business messaging identity | [Messaging guide](/messaging/) |
| HTML widget | Embed the public shopping assistant | Public workspace ID; independent visitor capabilities | [Chatbot guide](/chatbot/) |

Storefront scripts contain public installation context, never an account or administrator API key. Business messaging identities do not become customer browser sessions or workspace members.

## Connect a store

Open Incele from your store's application dashboard. Create a connection link, continue to Incele, select an active workspace you own, and approve. Return to the store app to monitor sync and activate the storefront assistant.

A connection belongs to a specific provider installation and workspace. The server verifies current ownership on management requests. Losing ownership, disabling the workspace or revoking authorization takes effect even if an old browser token remains.

## Manage account connections

Open **Integrations** to refresh connection status, view the associated workspace, reconnect or disconnect. Refreshing connections does not save unfinished chatbot settings or API-key dialog fields. Select the intended workspace before reconnecting.

Disconnecting stops the current store's chatbot and synchronization. Its paid credits and receipts stay with the original workspace. Products supplied by another active connection are retained. Uninstall in the store dashboard if you also want to revoke provider authorization.

## Automate with account tools

Create an API key with the minimum required permissions, or approve a compatible MCP client's OAuth request. A key is shown once. Store it on your server and revoke it when no longer needed.

Account operations and workspace operations have different targets. Never choose the first workspace implicitly. Read the generated [API and tool reference](/api/) for operation names, permissions and input schemas. Native store-app routes are private application contracts and are not interchangeable with scoped external API operations.

## Understand shared data and separate billing

A workspace's catalogue, questions, chatbot design and AI instructions can support several experiences. Paid credits remain source-restricted: Incele, Shopify and ikas each have their own balance. Free/promotional credits are shared and spent first, once. See [credits](/credits/) before buying a pack.

## Connect a marketplace seller account

Select the intended workspace, then open **Integrations → Marketplaces**. Marketplace seller connections use explicit per-capability permissions and opt-in automatic replies with required seller instructions. They are separate from Shopify/ikas store apps and from account API keys. See [setup, source authority, AI credits and delivery states](/marketplaces/).
