# Incele Workspace mobile app

Manage your Incele workspace from the native iOS and Android app. It uses the same account, catalogue and workspace credit balances as the dashboard. The mobile app is a business management tool; shoppers use your public website or chatbot.

## Availability and sign-in

Mobile availability depends on the released app and its App Store or Google Play approval. This guide does not imply that a public store listing is available. Obtain an approved build from Incele; do not enter account credentials into unofficial apps.

Choose the intended environment and sign in through the system browser. Approve access with your existing Incele account, then return to the app. Development and production accounts and data are separate. If approval fails or expires, start sign-in again rather than copying a dashboard token. Sign out on shared devices.

## Choose a workspace

Select the workspace before editing. The selected workspace controls the products, settings, reports and credit activity you see. Workspace ownership, membership, creation limits and verification rules also apply on mobile. See [accounts and workspaces](/workspaces/).

## Manage your business

- **Inventory, Collections, Tags, Questions and Media library:** manage products, images, stock, sales links and reusable questions. Product photos can come from an explicit camera or image-library choice.
- **Overview, Analytics and Feedbacks:** inspect workspace activity and customer feedback.
- **Chatbot and Website:** edit supported chatbot branding, placement, copy, availability, website content and appearance settings.
- **Workspace settings, Team, Access & quotas and Kiosk devices:** manage the supported settings for your role. AI instructions and enabled levels save together; at least one level must stay enabled.
- **Your profile, Integrations and Contact us:** update account details, manage supported account keys and contact Incele.

Verification is still required for sensitive email changes and workspace deletion. Selecting another workspace does not grant access to its owner-only settings.

## Buy AI credits

When enabled in the released app, digital credit packs use Apple or Google in-app purchases. Review the store's localized price and selected workspace before approving. A successful verified purchase funds that workspace's **INCELE** balance; it does not add Shopify or ikas paid credits. Shared free credits remain shared and are spent first, once. If a payment remains unfinished, reopen the app and allow purchase recovery before buying again. A pending or cancelled payment is not confirmed delivery. Keep the store receipt and contact support if a completed purchase does not appear. Purchase controls may remain unavailable while store configuration is incomplete.

## Current boundaries

The native management interface currently uses English; your stored product and workspace text retains its original language. Full template layout editing, provider import wizards, Shopify merchant installation/billing, push notifications and offline editing are not mobile features in this version. Use the dashboard, website editor or provider app for those flows. Changes require a network connection; wait for a successful save before leaving a form.
