# Daily store suggestions

Daily store suggestions help you review product listings, stock, sales, pricing experiments, coupons, campaigns, discounts and store presentation. Each report separates observed facts from proposals that need your review. Recommendations do not automatically change your stores or guarantee a sales increase.

## Enable suggestions for selected stores

1. Open **Integrations → Daily store suggestions** in the workspace you own.
2. Select the stores you want analyzed. You can activate or deactivate each independently. Newly connected stores remain excluded until selected.
3. Choose a time zone and report language. Reports are scheduled for **10:00 local time**, following daylight-saving changes, and prepared as background capacity permits.
4. Set **Maximum credits per day** and review the estimate for your saved store selection.
5. Enable daily AI suggestions and save.

Suggestions are disabled by default. You need product-read access for selected stores. Granting access does not enable suggestions or grant write permissions. You can turn the feature or individual stores off at any time; pending work based on changed settings will not be published or charged.

## Understand data coverage

Reports use your connected catalogue, available synchronized order observations and optional uploaded performance reports. The report shows its date window, data sources and how many products were analyzed. Up to 200 products are analyzed per report, prioritizing reported sales/engagement and catalogue issues.

Native order observations may be a partial sample. Observed delivered quantities are not a complete sales statement. Gross amounts are not profit; fees, taxes, refunds and complete costs may be missing. Currency totals stay separate. Widget visits and opens are estimates of chatbot activity, not store traffic or product views.

Favorites, product views, impressions and full financial figures are not available from every platform connection. **Unavailable data is never presented as zero.** Store-design suggestions are ideas to review, not claims that Incele has inspected your storefront.

## Add a performance report

If the connection does not provide the metrics you need:

1. Expand **Add a performance report (optional)**.
2. Select the store and download its CSV template.
3. Add product metrics from your platform reports. Keep the template column names and SKUs/barcodes. Use dates from the last 90 days.
4. Leave unknown values blank. Enter `0` only for a measured zero. Monetary figures require a three-letter currency, such as `TRY`, `EUR` or `USD`.
5. Upload the CSV, up to 500 rows and 1 MB. Do not include customer information.

Columns are `sku`, `barcode`, `day`, `unitsSold`, `views`, `favorites`, `impressions`, `revenue`, `cost` and `currency`. Dates use `YYYY-MM-DD`. A row needs a matching SKU or barcode, a day and at least one metric. For an existing store/product/day, an upload replaces the earlier row. Reports use completed days in the preceding seven-day window and label uploaded figures as merchant-provided data.

## Credits and skipped reports

The server calculates the cost from the permitted AI level and the number of analyzed products, in groups of up to 50. Currently, Fast costs 2 credits per group; Comprehensive costs 4. A report analyzes at most four groups: up to 8 or 16 credits respectively.

Successful reports spend **shared free/promotional credits first, then Incele workspace credits**. Shopify and ikas paid credits are not used for this workspace feature. You are not charged for enabling settings, opening reports, notifications, failed output, empty reports or reports skipped because your cap or available balance is insufficient. Missed days are not generated as a paid backlog.

If a daily report is skipped, its history entry explains whether product data, AI availability, your credit cap or available credits prevented creation. Adjust settings or data for the next scheduled report.

## Read recommendations and notifications

The header bell shows new suggestion notifications with an unread badge. Open a notification or choose a date under **Daily reports** to view that day's page. Each recommendation shows its product, category, priority, suggested steps and evidence. You can mark individual suggestions or the whole report as read.

Existing reports retain their original text and language. Reports and uploaded performance data are retained for up to 90 days and are private to the authorizing workspace owner. Workspace deletion removes them. Disabling a store stops future analysis and preserves past advice for review.
