Administration
Open https://admin.incele.ai with an authorized Incele administrator/staff account. Workspace accounts cannot enter the admin API or panel.
User workspace limits
Open Users, select a user and edit Maximum owned workspaces. Default is 1; supported values are integers from 1 through 1000. Set 2 to permit a second workspace, 3 for a third, and so on.
The same limit applies to dashboard creation, agent/API creation and database ownership assignment. Lowering the value preserves existing workspaces. Users at their limit can contact the team to request an increase.
Integration sources and connections
Open Integrations to see sources such as ChatGPT/OpenAI, Claude/Anthropic, personal API keys and discovered third-party origins. Sources default to approved. You can inspect connected accounts, requested scopes, expiry and revocation status without seeing tokens or token hashes.
Block globally stops a source for all users: existing API/MCP use, new authorization/registration and token refreshes. Unblock permits unexpired, unrevoked grants to work again. A user's revocation is separate and is not undone by unblocking a source.
Known provider domains are grouped to prevent new DCR IDs or a changed display name bypassing a provider block. Unknown CIMD origins and DCR callback origins are listed separately. Personal bearer keys cannot prove which external application holds them; blocking Personal API keys disables all such keys.
Contacts and custom websites
Contact requests appear with their prefills and messages. Mark a request as read after reviewing it; this allows its sender to submit another request. Form submissions notify [email protected]. Demo meeting scheduling is available separately. Customized website requests include the requested workspace and phone number.
Credits and operational data
Use existing admin workspace, wallet, usage and membership controls. Preserve production/development separation. Admin changes are not a reason to share runtime credentials with users or agents.
